“ My Mom and I love coming to Vale Foods!! They have many gluten and dairy free options!! My favorite bowl is sweet potato noodles, broccoli sweet potatoes, vale sauce, avocado, and vale sauce!! The employees are so friendly and nice!! ”

The bowl had Brussels and kale salad with veggies quinoa, diced sweet potatoes with roasted Brussels, steak and lemon garlic chicken breast. The bowl was topped with edamame, a creamy chipotle ranch sauce and corn salsa. I was very impressed. I could not have picked better had Rosa not been there to help me select what she thought would compliment the dish. The dragon fruit lemonade was refreshingly fresh and not too sweet. “ This is hands down, the most amazing healthy eatery we’ve tried! The food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere and the customer service was superb! They even gave us a military discount! Our toddler and I shared a regular bowl and it was enough for both of us. My husband ate a regular bowl, and it was exactly what he needed. The ancho chicken, feta meatballs and the avocado Caesar sauce were the highlights of our meals!! The food is so amazing, we had to stop eating to leave this review. ”

Vegan Comfort Love Bowl veggie quinoa, roasted broccoli, buffalo vegan tenders, buffalo chickpeas, vale vinaigrette. Blended acai, banana, pineapple , strawberry topped with chia seeds and hemp seeds Spicy Garlic Sweet Potato Noodles (Vegan, GF) If you find yourself in the Jacksonville area and you have friends to bring definitely come and visit the veil and Cole. She went over all the options, and even talked about how certain options paired well with others. Her attention to detail in every step, was impeccable. The food quality was 5 star.
